1:1 COACHING: TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT
These are the terms for WorthWork's 1:1 coaching engagement. Completing checkout means you've read them and you're in.
WHAT YOU GET
One 90-minute private session with me every week
Full access to WorthWork Career HQ. From day one, your job search lives there, not in a notes app.
A private Slack channel with me. During working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Mountain) I respond within 4 hours. If I'm going to be out of office, I'll tell you ahead of time.
Two group office hours every week
Investment: $4,500, paid before our first session.
WHO THE CLIENT IS
The engagement is with the person running the job search. If a parent is covering the cost, welcome, and thank you. The work, the sessions, and the communication run through the student.
HOW LONG THIS TAKES
Most clients sign an offer in 6 to 12 weeks. My best clients are choosing between offers at 6 to 8. The difference is never the curriculum. It's the volume and speed of the work they put in between sessions.
Three things control your timeline. I control what you learn. You control how hard you run the system. Hiring managers control their own calendars. Two of those three are in this room.
THE TERM
The engagement is built on an 8-week term, and you get all eight weeks of me no matter how fast this goes.
If you're doing the work and haven't signed an offer by week 8, I don't stop. We keep going at no extra cost until you land. I make that promise to people who hold up their end.
If you sign an offer before week 8, congratulations, that's the whole point. Your remaining weeks don't disappear and they don't refund. They convert to early-career coaching: same weekly 90 minutes, same Slack access, now pointed at nailing your first 30 days on the job. Most people show up to a new role hoping to figure it out. You'll show up with a plan.
YOUR END
Every session ends with specific commitments: accounts loaded, people added, notes sent, calls run. That's not busywork. It's the fuel. The system only produces if you feed it, and I can't feed it for you.
All of it happens in Career HQ. Sales teams run on a simple rule: if it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen. Same rule here. When your pipeline lives in HQ, I can see where you're stuck, coach the actual conversations, and spot opportunities you'd miss on your own. Work that lives in your head or a notes app is work I can't help you with.
IF THE WORK STOPS
I'd rather be straight with you up front than let things drift. Career HQ is our shared source of truth, so neither of us has to guess whether the work is happening. The pipeline shows it. If your side stalls, here is exactly what happens:
I tell you directly. We name what needs to change and set a date, usually one week out.
If nothing changes, I end the engagement and refund the unused weeks of the 8-week term.
The math is simple: unused weeks divided by 8. If we part ways after week 2, you get 6/8 of your payment back. After week 6, 2/8. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
This runs both ways. If the program isn't working for you and you're still searching, you can walk at any point with the same prorated refund. No hard feelings. Those are the only two situations where a refund happens: I end it, or you end it mid-search. Leaving because you landed isn't leaving. That's the win, and it's covered above.
MY NETWORK
I've spent ten-plus years in this world, and I know people at companies you'll interview with. I open those doors carefully. I protect those relationships by only vouching for candidates who've shown me they're ready, so an introduction is something we earn together, not something included in the price. Whether and when I make one is my call.
WHAT I DON'T PROMISE
I don't guarantee a job, an interview, or a timeline. Nobody honestly can, and you should run from anyone who does. What I do guarantee: a proven system, my full attention, and a straight answer every time you ask for one.
LOGISTICS
Need to move a session? Give me 24 hours notice and we reschedule, no problem. A no-show or same-day cancel burns the session.
What you share with me stays between us. What I share with you (templates, prompts, HQ materials) is for your job search, not for passing around.
