FOUNDING COHORT · STARTS TUESDAY, OCTOBER 20
Stop applying.
Start prospecting.
242 applications hit the average posting in 48 hours. Four get interviews. I scaled Snowflake's SDR team from 20 to 250+ and interviewed 2,000+ candidates. This is the system I'd hand a new SDR on day one, pointed at your job search.
Four Tuesdays | 10:30 to noon MT | 25 seats
$1,000 through Saturday, October 10. $1,200 after.
What You’ll Walk Away With
By November 10 you'll know how hiring decisions actually get made, and you'll be running your search like the people who make them.
A pipeline of live interview cycles, built from 30 target accounts that match the job you want. Not applications. Cycles.
The answers to the test. I was a hiring manager and I managed hiring managers. There are things nobody tells candidates that every interviewer grades on. You'll walk in knowing them.
Champions and urgency. How to find the person inside who wants you hired, get information from them, and use multiple cycles to move an offer faster.
The SDR job, already done once. You'll have run your search exactly like the job you're interviewing for. Day one won't be day one.
What’s Included
Four live sessions. 90 minutes each. Tuesdays October 20, 27, November 3, 10. 10:30 to noon MT.
WorthWork Career HQ access throughout your search. The CRM specifically designed to run interviews the way an SDR runs accounts.
Cohort Slack channel. Me and the 24 people running the same play.
Two office hours every week. Bring the live email, the stalled cycle, the offer question.
My Network. I'm dialed into the SDR Leadership Community, like few other people. Many of the hiring managers you'll be trying to get in front of are close friends. Others trust my read on talent. I'm not here to walk you in the door, but I'll certainly nudge you along the way
Don’t Take My Word For It
Austin Salvail, Snowflake
"Quinn is like an ex-professional coach. He has seen thousands of athletes and coached them at the highest levels. He can help you see around corners."
Jorgen Case, Databricks
"I was spraying and praying. Quick applies. After meeting Quinn I wanted to be more refined."
Cyrus Sharif, Salesforce
"Absolutely worth it. Those skills helped me land my role at Salesforce, and I've carried them forward ever since. Four promotions and the interviews that came with each one."
Questions I Actually Get
Who is this for?
Zero to two years out, breaking into a first professional role. It leans tech sales because that's where I hired. Pivoting or no degree, you belong here too.
How is this different from a bootcamp?
I’ve heard a lot of horror stories. Many clients come to me after attending a bootcamp. They are a volume based cattle call. More concerned with business partnerships than the students themselves. Their students get jobs from their network, on a trial basis. Most bootcamps charge nothing up front, then take a cut of your paycheck for months after you land. I believe making an initial investment is a sign you're taking your search seriously. And, frankly, I’m confident that the material I cover better prepares you to thrive once you get the job.
What if I miss a session?
Show up. It's four Tuesdays. If life happens, I'll get you caught up.
Refunds?
75% refund through session one. None after. You'll know in 90 minutes.
I'm a parent buying this for my kid.
You’ve come to the right place. You paid for the diapers, you paid for the travel sports teams, you paid for the SAT prep and some of you even payed for college. You’re $500K into the most important investment in your life all in the hopes of giving them a leg up in the real world. I’m about getting them that last mile. Teaching them what they did not learn in college. Book the free consultation and bring them. Average first tech sales salary is about $80,000. Every month of waiting costs $6,600.
